1. Reservations
A reservation is free, carries no obligation and does not create a contract of sale. We will email you a confirmed price and delivery window before asking for payment. You may cancel a reservation at any time by replying to any of our emails. Reservations are not transferable.
2. Prices
The introductory price is ₹4,999 (Steel) or ₹5,999 (Sovereign Edition), inclusive of GST, including 12 months of Membership. Membership then renews at ₹49 per month unless cancelled. Prices may change before launch; the price confirmed to you by email before payment is the price you pay.
3. Membership
Membership provides ongoing model and software updates, integrations and support. Your existing memories remain accessible, searchable and exportable on your devices whether or not Membership is active.
4. Hardware specifications
Specifications on this website are design targets and may change before production. We will tell you about material changes before you pay.
5. Responsible use
You are responsible for using narad.si lawfully, including laws and policies on recording conversations where you are. Respect requests from people around you to mute the pendant, and do not use narad.si where recording is prohibited.
6. Warranty
The pendant will carry a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Full warranty terms will be published before shipping.
7. Governing law
