Colour, material, finish

Five materials. No plastic you can see.

  • 316L stainless steel

    Bead-blasted matte

    Surgical-grade, low-nickel-release steel, finished with fine glass beads for an even, fingerprint-shy matte.

  • Graphite engraving

    Laser black-oxide

    The veena mark is laser-engraved and darkened into the steel — it can’t peel, chip or wear off.

  • Neel PVD

    Sovereign Edition

    India’s oldest dye, as a hard vapour-deposited indigo fill in the engraving. Optional, +₹1,000.

  • Sapphire glass

    LIVE ring window

    Scratch-resistant crystal around the rim, through which the LIVE light glows.

  • Kesar

    LIVE indicator only

    Saffron is reserved for one job: telling everyone the microphones are on.

Wearing it

Three ways, one click apart.

The microphones are tuned for the pendant to sit 15–30 cm from your mouth — collarbone, shirt pocket or lapel all work.

  • On a chain

    A fine 316L cable chain, 60 cm with an extender to 65 cm. The pendant sits just below the collarbone — the best seat in the house for your own voice.

  • On a clip

    A steel spring clip for a shirt placket, saree pallu, lanyard or bag strap. Swaps in seconds.

  • As a pin

    A magnetic backer holds it to a lapel or kurta without piercing fabric. Keep it away from pacemakers and card wallets.

Care

Daily
Wipe with the cloth. Bead-blasted steel hides fingerprints, but skin oils build up over weeks.
Deeper clean
Lukewarm water, a drop of mild soap, soft brush around the bail. Dry fully before charging.
Avoid
Chlorine pools, the sea, perfume sprayed directly on it, and abrasive polish — it will create shiny spots in the matte.
Charging
Snap it to the puck face-up. Keep the contacts dry. A full charge is designed to take under two hours.
